According to Article IV of the ATPAC By-laws, there are three (3) classes of membership: Members (and Life Members), Honorary Members, and Institution Members

Members and Life Members:  Only those who currently work in the USA and Canada can apply for ATPAC membership. Members who have paid life membership fees as determined by the Board of Directors shall be Life Members. Members who pay a membership fee biennially shall renew their membership to remain the current member status. Current Members and Life Members shall be entitled to hold office (if applicable) and vote on matters submitted to a vote by Members.

Honorary Members: The Board of Directors may elect as "Honorary
Members" individuals:

a) Who have rendered distinguished services to Thailand in the field of science, technology or education;  or

b) Who have supported and furthered the causes of the Association. The Honorary Members shall not be required to pay fees or dues but shall enjoy all the privileges of the Members except that they shall not have the right to vote or hold office.

Institution Members: This class of members consists of institutions which have contributed to or supported the objectives and activities of the Association. The Institution Members shall not be required to pay fees or dues but shall enjoy all the privileges of the Members except that they shall not have the right to vote or hold office.

• Become part of Thai professionals with similar objectives.
• Get updated news relevant to projects and activities with Thai organizations.
• Be entitled to participate in regional and annual meetings.
• Learn, by working together, to cooperate and understand the culture, interests and opportunities between North America and Thailand.
• Meet long last friends and have new ones.
