With a partnership with Uninet and Software Park Thailand, the main
objective of this proposal is to 

  1) train workforces,

  2) bring
awareness of HPC benefit to software
industry and research & academic institutes and

   3) how to apply the
technology to accelerate time to discovery, time to insight and time to
market.
